Purpose

Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, the Equal Employment Opportunity/Employee Relations (EEO/ER) Manager ensures fairness in recruitment, training, development, promotion and retention of employees; Monitors and evaluates compliance with EEO laws, guidelines and policies to ensure that employment practices give equal opportunity without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

The EEO/ER Manager also receives and investigates employee grievances and manages FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, and Tort Claims.
